DESIGN CONCEPT PLANS CREATED
We provide you with a preliminary agreement which allows us to act on your behalf and arrange a site survey, liaise with council & drafting of initial concept designs with 3D visualisation if you already have your own plans, we can review them for you
FORMAL QUOTATION
Once the project inclusions have been finalised we will provide a formal quotation for your approval. This will include a full trade breakdown of costs for your project, including allowances for all fittings and fixtures.
PLANNING & COUNCIL APPROVALS
On acceptance of our quotation, we progress to organising the working drawings for submission to council. We will also provide engineering details, energy efficiency assessments, building specification and any other documentation as require by council for your individual project.
DELIVERY & CONSTRUCTION OF PROJECT
You will have 24/7 access from start to finish to your very own personalised project management system. You will be kept up to date and constantly informed with the progression of works including project pictures, time schedule, budgets, selection items & much, much more!
COMPLETION
Prior to handover we go through our extensive 50 point checklist to ensure your project meets our high standards. Any work items requiring review will be attended to by our team to guarantee a quality finish on completion. All trades compliance certificates works will be provided along with all appliances manuals and warranty cards in a bound folder at the project completion.
MAINTENANCE AND WARRANTY
Our service commitment to you does not stop at completion of your project. We provide a full 6 year structural warranty with our unique 26 week maintenance period.
